The PTFA quiz is always a great night, so gather your teams or let us know you're interested and we can help find you a team (fulbournprimaryptfa@gmail.com)

There will also be some GAMES and a RAFFLE with some great prizes including a free meal at the Six Bells, a voucher for Beaumont's Butcher and a free 2hour house clean very kindly donated by Jade at JA Cleaning Services!

Would you like to join our staff team?

We are currently looking to recruit a teaching assistant and two midday assistants to join our friendly and supportive staff team.  Would you or someone you know be interested to find out more?  Full information is available here on the school website.  Do take a look.  If you would like to talk to us about any of the vacancies please get in touch.

Marking our 150th Year

We are busy making plans to celebrate our 150th year this term.  As part of this celebration, we are going to be creating an interactive timeline of the history of the school alongside other themes such as transport, fashion, music etc. over the same period.

We are working with the local history archive to create a permanent display of photos of the school and would like to add a final photograph which captures our wonderful school this year.  If you, or someone you know, has photography expertise that may help us with this, we would love to talk to you.  We have no fixed plans yet and are very open to ideas about a creative way to capture this moment in our school’s history.

If you have photos or other memorabilia that may support our interactive timeline, we would also really appreciate borrowing them.

Coffee Drop in

Would like support with sleep routines or fussy eating?  Do you have a question about your child’s speech development?  Does your child have a worry that we can help with?  Come and join Amy Marshall (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), Nichola Grove and Kerry Middleditch (Pastoral Leads) on the first Wednesday of each month (8.30 – 10.00 a.m.) for a coffee and a chat.  The team are happy to answer any questions you may have, share resources or just provide a listening ear.

Our first coffee morning will be next Wednesday 4th May.

FREE ‘TASTER’ CLASS FOR YEARS 1 & 2 AT FULBOURN PRIMARY

I am pleased to confirm that La Jolie Ronde lunchtime French classes, both for beginners and those with previous experience, will resume next week. I will also be starting a new group for beginners in Years 1 and 2; I will be delighted to welcome children for a FREE taster session so that they can experience a class for themselves.

Classes are 30 minutes (£6.50 per class, + £18 for accompanying interactive book & app that will last for at least 1 year) payable termly in advance. We have plenty of fun with age-appropriate games, rhymes, role plays and stories and each child receives lots of individual attention in a friendly and supportive environment.
