Men in School’s Working Party - Sunday 13th March

Men in Schools is coordinating a work party between 10am - 4pm THIS SUNDAY to continue the revitalisation of the pond and allotment areas at school. All help is welcome, including supervised children - older ones can help out! Access will be via the staff car park gate to the front playground. Thank you in advance for your support.

Red Nose Day – Friday 18th March

This year’s theme, chosen by our Wellbeing Committee is RED and FUNNY.

Children are invited to dress in red or as something red.  This can be as simple as a pair of red socks or as elaborate as you wish; a red tomato, a red herring, a ladybird ……

To help us raise funds for Comic Relief children are invited to make a voluntary donation of £1.  We will be collecting money at the gate in the morning or if you would prefer you can also make your donation via My Child At School (just select Products from the menu on the left of the screen and you will see Red Nose Day).  On the day a group of upper school children will be running some fun activities for all of the children over lunch time.

Cambridge2Cambridge Walk for the Pond and Allotment Project

Please share this link with family and friends who might be happy to sponsor the children. Many businesses and workplaces offer match-funding or are happy to donate to/sponsor this kind of event. Paper sponsorship forms are also available from the school office if you prefer. We're looking forward to seeing the children being active and excited about their challenge and happy to see the fundraising total climbing and their pond and allotment development ideas becoming possible.

Hot Chocolate Fridays

We’ve been looking to find ways to celebrate the fantastic pupils at Fulbourn Primary School who demonstrate our 4Cs consistently and can always be relied upon to do the right thing.  Each week, class teachers will choose someone from their class who has been a fantastic learning explorer to have a hot chocolate treat with a member of the SLT.  Mrs Marshall was the lucky host this week and enjoyed celebrating with some of our very well-deserving pupils.
